- Direct Impact: Your accuracy and initiative will directly influence project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Leave a Legacy: Collaborate with owners, subcontractors, and associates to build multi unit housing and hotels that shapes lives for years to come.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in subcontractor agreements, change orders, and project documentation.
- Keep the team moving by proactively managing on assignments.
- Support billing, invoicing, and close-out to make sure projects finish as strong as they start.
- Be a reliable team player, coordinating between the office and field to solve problems quickly.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar) in construction with a general contractor.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Initiative, curiosity, and the drive to support the team.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.
- Attention to detail is key.
- Location. Located adjacent to the Irvine Spectrum, we offer on-site fitness center, proximity to great food and shopping and free covered parking.
- Compensation and Benefits. Compensation range of $68k to $83k including bonus, paid time off, associate paid medical/dental/vision; 401k with matching.
- Office Based. This position is 100% in the office five days a week.
